3.1. Right of access to your personal data

You have a right, at any time, to access, modify and / or delete data concerning you by contacting our IT department:

 

By post: HELISKI RUSSIA – 11, Village Road – 74400 CHAMONIX accompanied by a copy of your ID.  Ideally, you send us a registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.

 

The person responsible for the file has a maximum response time of 2 months following the date of the request, whether it has been made by post or on the premises. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (absence of the identity document for example), the person in charge of the file is entitled to request supplements: the response time is then suspended and is renewed once these elements are provided”.
